Open Access Policy
The Journal of Hadith Studies provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that freely available research promotes a broader global exchange of knowledge. As an open access journal, its published articles are accessible without charge to readers or their institutions. No subscription or payment is required to read or download the full texts.
Users may read, download, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles. Sharing, reproduction, and adaptation are permitted for noncommercial purposes under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Users must provide appropriate attribution, link to the license, and indicate changes. Adaptations must be distributed under the same license.
The journal supports the broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge associated with the open access movement, including the Budapest Open Access Initiative. Reuse of JoHS articles is governed specifically by the license stated above; free reader access does not remove its NonCommercial and ShareAlike conditions.
