The Journal of Hadith Studies applies the following publication fees:

• Article Submission: Free of charge.
• Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Indonesian rupiah) per accepted article.

There is no charge for manuscript submission. Authors may submit their manuscripts for editorial assessment and peer review without paying a submission fee.

The Article Processing Charge of IDR 500,000 is payable only after a manuscript has completed the editorial and peer-review processes and has been accepted for publication. Payment must be completed before the article is published through the journal’s Open Journal Systems platform.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance, a favorable peer-review outcome, or publication within a specific timeframe. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same editorial standards, double-anonymous peer-review procedures, and publication ethics. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, regardless of an author’s ability or willingness to pay a fee.

Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
